4.Aims and Objectives
The aims and objectives of association are:
- To Create, Foster and promote feelings of
fraternity and kinsman ship and to strengthen social bonds, in general and
through cooperative efforts, in particular To Foster a spirit of mutual help
and goodwill amount the inhabitant of Noor Homes in general and the members of
Association in particular, thereby promoting communal harmony and national integration
- To promote and encourage activities that are
conducive to social, recreational, cultural, moral intellectual, economic
development and other objects of welfare nature of the residents of Noor Homes,
Sector 115, Landran Road, Santemajra, Tehsil Kharar, District SAS Nagar
(Mohali), Punjab-140307 and its members, in particular To make all possible
efforts to achieve normal civil amenities for its residents and redress their
legitimate difficulties, to achieve general amenities, consumer protection etc.
and environmental protection such as steps to curb pollution, ensures
cleanliness, plantation of trees etc.
- To undertake all such lawful acts, deeds or
things, including sports and cultural activities as are incidental and
conducive to overall wellbeing of the residents.
- To set up, construct and maintain charitable and
education institution, community halls, libraries, reading rooms, health clubs,
bhavans and Barat Ghar Etc.
- To works for welfare of women, children, aged,
infirm, windows, destitute and orphans.
- To bring out/publish periodicals, books,
newspaper and suitable literature to promote cause and objectives of the
association
- To cooperate and coordinate with association and
societies, having similar objects and functioning in the territory of SAS Nagar
(Mohali)
- To provide safety and security to residents
using appropriate guard security services and other resources available through
government agencies.
- To take up the matter with the competent
authorities for common interest of the residents for providing and or improving
upon common facilities in the area like – Health safety and Environment,
Traffic Management, Development of Parks, drainage, roads, street-lights,
scavenging, water and electricity supplies, banking, post office , bus services
facilities.
- To approach the concerned authorities for
redressal of grievances of members of society.
- To make correspondence in lawful manner to
arrange meetings, conferences, with the concerned authorities.
- To receive and collect any gift, subscriptions
and donations either in cash or in any kind or acquire by and other lawful ways
and means and open the same in fulfilment of all or any other aims and objects
of the society, the income and property(s) of the society shall be applied
solely for promotion and fulfilment of the aims and objects of the society. If
any person wants to contribute, donate or give subscription, the same shall be
spent towards the promotion of the particular objects only.
- All the income earnings, movable, immovable
properties of the society shall be solely utilized and applied towards the
promotion of its aims and objects only set forth in the Memorandum of
Association and no portion thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or
indirectly by way of profit, dividends, bonus in any manner whatsoever to the
present or past member of the society or to any persons claiming through any
one or more of the present or past member. No member of the society shall have
any personal claim on any moveable or immoveable properties of the society or
make any profit whatsoever by virtue of his/her membership.

occupations and designations of the present members of the Governing Body of
the Society is entrusted as required Under Section 2 of the Society
Registration Act, 1860 as applicable to the National Territory of SAS Nagar
(Mohali) are as follows:-
